Collect.Social has added a voting system to decide which new authors (NFT collections) will be added to their website. Users of the site can vote with Racoon Coins (1 coin = 1 vote), and the NFT author that earns the most votes by the end of the voting period will be added to the Collect site.
These authors will initially be added only as Tier 1 collections, meaning they will only earn Racoon Coins one time, when collectors initially add them to their Collect collections. Tier 2 collections earn daily Racoon Coin awards. It’s possible that Tier 1 collections may become Tier 2 collections later on, but that process hasn’t been announced yet.
All Racoon Coins collected via voting are burned, decreasing the supply of Coins in circulation. Racoon Coins can be earned by building collections of the NFTs already in your Wax wallet (no staking needed) or purchased on Alcor Exchange.
There are four days left in the current voting with Dark Pinup currently in the lead, followed closely by Gnome Series and Crypto Moonies.
